  • Mar 3, 2026 · Price cut: Plus cut from $89 to $79/mo and Team from $495 to $445/mo (annual billing); Managed from $1,495 to $995/mo.
  • Oct 2024 · Free tier cut: The free pay-as-you-go plan's included incoming messages dropped from 2,000 to 500 a month; Team collaborators were also cut from 5 to 3 and bots from 20 to 3 (detected in Q4 2024).
