  • 1 user, 1 TB: $9.99/mo (Google AI Plus (2 TB) at US$9.99/mo with the monthly option selected on one.google.com. Basic is 100 GB at US$1.99/mo and AI Pro is 5 TB at US$19.99/mo, so AI Plus is the cheapest plan with at least 1 TB.)
  • 10 users, 1 TB: $140/mo (Business Standard at $14.00/user/mo (monthly billing) x 10 = $140.00. Business Starter has 30 GB pooled per user (300 GB for 10 users), so it needs a 10 TB add-on block (yearly commitment, about $300/mo), a total of $370. Business Plus is $22.00 x 10 = $220.00. Enterprise is contact-sales only. Introductory promotions (30% off Starter and Standard, 20% off Plus) are ignored.)
  • 20 GB transfers: $9.99/mo (Cheapest plan with at least 200 GB is Google AI Plus (2 TB) at US$9.99/mo; Basic (100 GB) is below the 200 GB bar. Drive links need no recipient account, and no monthly link-bandwidth cap was found.)

Prices are USD per month on monthly billing (annual-only plans divided by 12) for the cheapest plan that fits each scenario: one person storing 1 TB (or backing up a computer with 1 TB), a 10-person team sharing 1 TB with admin controls, and one person sending twenty 20 GB files a month by link. A free plan counts as $0 only when it fully covers the scenario; lifetime deals and first-year discounts are ignored.

Solo and transfer come from the rendered one.google.com page with the monthly option selected; team10 uses Business Standard's card price on workspace.google.com/pricing, which did not change when the 1-year commitment switch was turned off, and the 10 TB add-on price comes from a search excerpt of a Google help page, not a full fetch. No sourced US price increase was found: the July 2026 update names five other countries, the sources checked do not list the US in the Feb 2025 round, and PricingSaaS has no mapped page for this product (psaasSlug is null and a guessed /companies/google-drive URL returned 404).
