- 1 user: $120/mo (Essentials 3-licence minimum: 3 x $40 monthly ($30 annual / 0.75, per Aircall's stated 25% annual discount) = $120; 1 local number, unlimited US/Canada calling and 4,000 outbound SMS/user included)
- 10 users: $400/mo (Essentials $40/licence monthly x 10 = $400; ring groups and call queues included, 1 shared local number included (extra direct numbers $6/mo each, not counted))
Plan compared: Essentials. Prices are USD per month on monthly billing for one user, or a 10-person team sharing a main number, each user with a local US number, about 1,000 calling minutes and 200 texts a month; taxes, regulatory and 10DLC fees, hardware and promos are excluded. Annual-only plans are shown as the annual price divided by 12, and phone add-ons that need a suite licence (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) are priced without the suite.
