Harvest added usage fees for tasks, clients, projects and invoices
Teams is listed at $11 per seat a month on monthly billing or $9 billed annually, but extra invoices, projects, clients and tasks now bill on usage on top of the seat fee, at rates Harvest does not publish. Per Productive, some accounts were hit from late 2025 and others in mid-2026, and press cites customer complaints from the high 20s to over 2,000 percent, including a UK firm's monthly bill going from $130 to $2,110 (unaudited).
