Sinch (sinch.com) is a SMS and voice API. Pay-as-you-go per message: US 10DLC, toll-free and short-code SMS are each priced per message sent and per message received, plus a monthly fee per number, with carrier fees on top.. No free plan.

Excludes 10DLC carrier fees, which are not verified (the Sinch 10DLC cost FAQ returned HTTP 403), so this is a floor. The $1.00 one-time setup fee is excluded because it is not monthly.)
