PandaDoc pricing, price hikes and cheaper alternatives

PandaDoc (pandadoc.com) is a e-signature tool. Per-seat monthly subscription: Starter and Business are priced per user with cheaper annual billing, Enterprise is quoted by sales, and API and credit use is metered separately.. Free plan: Free plan: $0/month, 5 documents a month (some accounts 60 a year), 2 recipients per document..

What PandaDoc costs

  • 1 sender: $35/mo (Starter $35 per seat per month on monthly billing (annual $19), 1 seat. In-app documents are unlimited, so 10 a month fits; the free plan (5 a month) does not. Audit trail is not described per plan (checking it costs no credits), so it is assumed. A 110-documents-a-year cap ran from 2026-04-29 to 2026-07-02 and would have added overage then; the history omits that window.)
  • 5 senders: $325/mo (Business $65 x 5 seats = $325/mo on monthly billing (annual $49). Business lists a content library and Rooms (team workspace); shared templates and team admin are not confirmed on any plan. Starter fallback if its 5-template library counts as shared: $35 x 5 = $175, but a 2023 snapshot showed a 2-user cap on Essentials.)
  • 100 API requests: custom pricing (custom: the API Developer plan ($40/mo) covers 40 documents a month and no per-request overage is published (per-document overage was removed 2026-10-15). Starter and Business API use one-time credits, not a monthly quota, so 100 a month needs a sales quote.)

Plan compared: Starter plan, 1 seat, monthly billing. Prices are USD per month on monthly billing (annual-only plans divided by 12) for standard (simple) electronic signatures. The headline is one sender sending 10 documents a month to up to 2 signers each; we also price a 5-sender team sharing templates (50 documents a month) and 100 signature requests a month through the API.
