OptinMonster pricing, price hikes and cheaper alternatives
OptinMonster (optinmonster.com) is a popup tool. Four tiers priced by sites and monthly campaign impressions, with yearly billing about 40-60% cheaper than monthly.. No free plan.
What OptinMonster costs
- 10k pageviews / month: $87/mo (Exit-Intent and badge removal start at Pro. Basic and Plus lack both. Pro is $87/mo on monthly billing, covering 3 sites and 25,000 impressions.)
- 50k pageviews / month: $87/mo (OptinMonster meters impressions (counted when a visitor sees a campaign), so 50,000 pageviews means 25,000 impressions, which Pro's 25,000 cap just covers. The monthly page labels the caps 'Pageviews'; on that reading Growth at $147 would be needed.)
- 250k pageviews / month: custom pricing (That traffic means 125,000 impressions, above Growth's 100,000. The FAQ says users over Growth move to a custom plan, and Enterprise is quote-only.)
Plan compared: Pro ($87/mo monthly). Prices are USD per month on monthly billing (yearly-only plans divided by 12) for the cheapest plan that runs at least 3 unbranded campaigns with exit-intent on one website at the given monthly pageviews, converted to whatever the vendor meters (2 pageviews per session or popup display, 2.5 per unique visitor). Tools priced by contacts are checked against a stored list of one contact per 10 monthly pageviews.

The default page shows first-year annual promo prices, and PricingSaaS's 2026-10-05 promo-price rise ($29 to $37 for Pro) applies only to the intro discount, with list prices unchanged, so it is not counted as a hike. The web search for past increases could not run because the search budget was used up.
